2. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

We strive to ensure product images accurately represent our items, however slight color variations may occur due to monitor calibration and the handcrafted nature of our ceramics.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We will send an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free standard shipping on orders over $65 (US domestic)
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
• We ship to 50+ countries — international duties and taxes may apply
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day free return policy on all orders. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or full refund — please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos

6. Product Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant vancasso a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use your review for marketing and informational purposes. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine purchase experience, and free of offensive or defamatory content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography — is the property of vancasso and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or accidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vancasso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
